What We Capture:
Capture the essence of your special day with our comprehensive wedding coverage. From the preparations to the send-off, we'll be there to document every moment in stunning detail. Our expert cinematographers will utilize slow-motion cinematic shots and captivating video logs (VLOGS) to bring your story to life with crisp, high-definition audio.
Weather permitting, we'll also provide an optional drone aerial view of your venue, offering a breathtaking perspective on your celebration. And with our Premium 4K Package, you'll receive the highest resolution possible, ensuring your memories are preserved in breathtaking clarity.
For your wedding video, we're excited to offer a range of "Editing Styles" to capture your special day. Our options include:
Music Video: A high-energy or slow -aced edit that incorporates your favorite songs and creates a fun/emotional dynamic atmosphere.
Documentary: A more traditional, narrative-driven approach that focuses on telling the story of your wedding day, with interviews, candid moments, and key events.
Vlog-Style Video: A modern, behind-the-scenes look at your wedding day, featuring intimate moments and natural sound bites that give your viewers a true sense of what it was like to be there.
Which style resonates with you, or would you like to combine elements of each to create a unique look that reflects your personalities and preferences?
Travel Expenses: $00.70 per mile to and from the desired location of where the venue takes place. For destination weddings, discussion rates will be discussed for lodging.
Payment: Down payments of $250 are REQUIRED in order to save your date. Remaining must be paid before the wedding or day of. (Prices subject to change)

Posting Content: All of your content will be shared directly to you through a Google Drive link containing the finished product with your desired package. (You will have 365 days of access to your RAW content from the date of upload) Your videos will also be posted on our social media platforms for easier use for you to share. If you do not wish for your wedding content to be shared, please let us know beforehand.

- The Videographer agrees to provide the following services:
- Full videography coverage of the wedding ceremony and reception.
- Editing and production of a cinematic wedding highlight video.
- Coverage of key moments from preparations through reception send-offs.
- Slow-motion cinematic shots and video logs (VLOGs) with audio.
- Weather permitting, aerial drone footage of the venue.
Booking and Down Payment:
A non-refundable down payment of $250 is required to secure your wedding date and initiate videography services. If Dhamby Productions must cancel services for any reason, the down payment will be fully refunded.

Payments are acceptable at any time prior to your wedding, through a financial plan for accumulated payments, or paid in full on the day of the wedding. The remaining balance for videography services is due no later after the wedding date. If the balance is not received within this period, a late fee of $50 per day will be added to the total amount due until payment is made in full. Delivery of all photo and video materials may be delayed until the full balance, including any late fees, is paid. Continued nonpayment may result in delayed delivery of all photo and video materials until the balance and late fee are paid in full.
Travel Fees:
A travel fee of $0.70 per mile will be applied for round-trip travel to the wedding location. Any additional costs for flights or accommodations will vary based on request and will be billed separately.

Video Delivery and Storage:
Final videos will be shared with clients via Google Drive. Dhamby Productions will maintain access to the shared files for a period of one year, after which the files may be deleted from Google Drive.

In the event of cancellation by either party, the deposit is non-refundable. Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the wedding date to avoid any additional charges.

Copyright and Usage:
The Videographer retains copyright ownership of all raw footage and edited materials. Clients are granted personal use rights for the final wedding video. Dhamby Productions reserves the right to use the content for marketing purposes on social media platforms. Clients agree not to sell or distribute the video for commercial purposes without the Videographer’s written consent.

Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.

By completing and submitting the "booking form", the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
